Passport & Visa

The visa is delivered at the airport upon arrival for Eur27,- This is for all nationalities.

It is required to have at least a 6-month valid passport and one free page.

The consulate and embassies of Madagascar all over the world also delivers visa in case you wish to have your visa prior arrival.

Currencies and local money

Malagasy Ariary is the local money – called also Ariary (MGA).

The Euro and USD are widely exchanged in local change bureaus.

Credit cards

Visa and Master Cards can be used to draw money in all ATMs to draw Ariary.

Most restaurants and hotels that we will plan in our tours will accept credit card payment except in remove areas.
